Hello, I am
Cynthia Wilkins, a native Washingtontonian. However, I have lived
and worked in the cosmetology industry outside of the country and on
the west coast, specifically in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive. I
returned home to my hometown in Washington, D.C. and opened my own
salon and day spa located in Georgetown. In 2008 I closed the
business. For the next two years I taught cosmetoloty in a school
setting. However, I missed the atmosphere of the Salon. I am
currently working in a salon located on the U Street corridor in
N.W. Washington, D.C.
I have been an educator for a number of hair
care product lines and am currently, since 2003, the KeraSoft (wash
and wear relaxer) consultant for the United States, and also an
educator for Namaste Professional--the Olive Oil and Organic Root
Stimulator--in-salon professional hair care product line.
